Palaco Grande Parkway runs east from Del Prado Blvd to the Caloosahatchee River for about one mile. This is a Direct Sailboat Gulf Access boating community. There are no locks, lifts or bridges to contend with or slow you down on the way out to the river. This area means a 15 minute ride to the river at the very most, a lot less if the home is closer to the river.
There are 20 canals in this neighborhood and approximately ninety percent of the homes are on the water, all Gulf Access. This is a great area to own property as most of the homes keep their lawns manicured, and landscaping under control. A nice neighborhood with a mix of old and new homes, this being because Cape Coral's roots form decades ago are in the SE sections.
Riverfront homes can be spectacular with those long range views across the Caloosahatchee River over to Fort. Myers. It's close to downtown and the services, restaurants, shopping and events that Cape Coral conducts throughout the year.
Palaco Grande is a wonderful waterfront community in SE Cape Coral with its abundant canals to explore and admire in SW Florida's tropical surroundings. Drive by, take a look, and I would be happy to show you properties around this beautiful area in paradise.
