Schooner Cove Condominium was constructed in 1985 and is two buildings each two stories tall. This is a Waterfront Direct Gulf Access boating community.
You do not need to traverse under any bridges to navigate out to the open waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The complex is comprised of twelve condo units each being two bedrooms and two baths.
Eight of the units have a living area of 1,285 square feet. The other four units come in at 1,166 square feet of living space.
This complex has had extensive waterfront, seawall, pool decking re-construction in the summer of 2016 and is in excellent shape.
There are some private docks with boat lifts but there are a limited number of them. The complex features a nice community pool and outdoor kitchen type area. Each unit has a laundry room area to house full size laundry machines.
There are also carports to help protect the cars from the intense Florida Sun's rays. The boat ride out traversing the canals is about a two mile cruise and will take about 20 minutes at an idle speed of about 6 miles an hour to get to open water.
