Parkway Place Condo is one long building of concrete block construction with two stories. The complex consists of 11 townhomes built in 1980.
All of the units are two bedrooms and two and a half baths. The general layout for each unit is a guest bedroom with its own bathroom on the first floor and a common use half bath also on the first floor.

The community offers a heated community pool, nice ambience with the Tiki Hut and lush landscaping. Carports offer sun protection for the cars and each unit has a choice of first and second floor views.
