Niblick Pines Condo is a two story structure built in 1983. There are six units at Niblick Pines each having two bedrooms and two baths. All of the units are the same interior size at 1186 square feet. Each unit has interior laundry rooms which makes clothes washing convenient as opposed to shared laundry condo communities, something some of us might take for granted. The second floor units have some vaulted ceilings which adds to a volume atmosphere and a feeling of more space - nice touch. Both the master bath and the second bath have dual sinks.
These are 100% wood frame construction compared to concrete block construction. Concrete block is pretty much the standard construction product in Cape Coral. Wood frame is still used but less frequently.
Each unit has its own storage locker under the carport parking area which is a big plus for condo living. Also having a carport is a bonus especially considering Florida's strong sun bearing down on a car.
At the time of this writing in April 2019 Niblick Pines Condo did not have a community pool program. In years past they use to have an arrangement with a Pool Association in one of the neighboring communities to the east. Residents at Niblick Pines have no pool to swim in as of the spring of 2019 but that could change at any time if the agreement is renewed.
These are very affordable condominium units in a great location near Palmetto Pine Country Club an 18 hole Golf course. The name of the Country Club was derived from the Southern Florida Slash Pine and Palmetto Brush that was covering the site before construction. It opened in 1970 and approximately just under 200 homes line the perimeters of the golf course enjoying the serene park like views.
The video below is a brief walkaround tour of the exterior of the complex.
