Barclay Bay Condo was constructed in 1986 and consists of two buildings each a two story structure. There are ten units in the North building and twelve units in the south building. All of the condo units are the same being two bedrooms and two baths and all have the same interior living space of 1,074 square feet.
The best feature of this complex is its location on a Gulf Access canal with a long community dock with whips to park your boat.
No boat lifts but the whips work for most average boaters.
The best views will probably be obtained from the north building #4717 as its location is right on the bend of the intersecting canals, intersecting canal views are hard to beat. Relax in the community pool and watch the boats cruise by!
All of the condo units have carport parking and interior laundry rooms with room for full size washing and drying equipment. The complex is well maintained and the overall location is great being walking distance to the Camelot Isles shopping center with Publix being the main anchor there. Cape Harbour is very close with all of their waterfront shopping and dining.
