This is a new construction condominium complex that is located about a quarter mile west of Chiquita Blvd right along Cape Coral Parkway. Put 1818 Cape Coral Parkway West into your GPS map search and it will take you to this complex. When finished 1818 will be comprised of five two story buildings housing 52 condo units.
There will be a mix of two bedroom and three bedroom models.
Square footage for living areas will vary from 1,025 up to 1,470 for the three bedroom units.
The first units started selling in July of 2017 and at the time of this writing in April 2019 the complex appears to be about half way completed.
Some of the great features of these units are: each unit has a one car garage, hurricane impact glass is used on all windows and sliding doors - no shutters needed. Units also offer granite counter tops, wood cabinetry and screened in lanai enclosures along with stainless steel appliances. Units also feature 9 foot ceilings and 8 foot tall doors.
