The Burnt Store Road area of Cape Coral has some of the best deals on Gulf Access lots available. This is an up and coming area that will be growing immensely especially with the widening of the Burnt Store Road corridor. This is an area that is not as populated compared to the areas south of Pine Island Road. Some advantages are, a good deal of the lot locations have a short distance to get out to open water - Matlacha Pass - which leads to Pine Island Sound and the Gulf of Mexico.
