 Fresh Water Pool Homes

These searches are for homes with pools on fresh water canals and lakes that do not go out to open water. Some of the canal circuits can be very extensive and go on for miles to adjoining lakes. One of the largest is the seven lakes circuit that includes Lake Kennedy. Homes may also be in gated subdivisions with lake/water views.

Luxury Waterfront Homes

These homes are located within three gated communities in Cape Coral. The Hermitage, Cape Harbour and Tarpon Point Marina are Cape Coral's most elite upscale areas. There is fine dining and boutique shopping nearby and two marinas to dock your boat or yacht. The Westin Hotel is located at Tarpon Point Marina with the homes at Tarpon Point Estates close by.

Search Cape Coral Waterfront Condos

SE Gulf Access Condos

These Gulf Access Condos are located in the SE Cape Coral Area that is East of Santa Barbara Blvd and south of Coral Point Drive. They vary from complexes built in the 1970's up to more modern architecture built in the mid 2000's. Some offer great advantages with short boat rides out to the Gulf via the Caloosahatchee River.

SE Fresh Water Condos

Most of the waterfront canals in the South East part of Cape Coral are Gulf Access. There are some small areas of Fresh Water canals that do have Condo communities. If they are available you'll see them here. The geographic location is the area west of Academy Blvd and about a mile north of Veterans Memorial Pkwy. Another location is north of Viscaya Pkwy and west of Del Prado Blvd.

SE Condos on Fresh Water Canals

SW Fresh Water Condos

The area west of Santa Barbara Blvd south of Embers Parkway and north of Veterans Memorial Parkway is the basic geographic location for SW Fresh water condos. Other locations are to the extreme south in Tarpon Point with the Tarpon Gardens condos. One popular location will be on Lake Kennedy with Mandalay Cove, just west of Santa Barbara Blvd and south of Hancock Bridge Parkway.

SW Gulf Access Condos

The area south of Mohawk Parkway and west of Chiquita is where you'll find Condos with Gulf Access waterways. Most will be along the Cape Coral Parkway Corridor. The one exception to this southernmost location are the coach homes at Blue Water which have a North West general location but are technically South West properties. Blue Water is just south of Embers Parkway and located along Burnt Store Road.

NE Fresh Water Condos

The area for NE Fresh Water Condos is concentrated mostly above Kismet Parkway around the Del Prado Blvd corridor. There are three condo communities that dominate the area, Concordia, Coral Lakes and Isles of Porto Vista. These are newer construction being built 2003 or newer
